Every organisation relies on technology, but technology requires administration and management to ensure that your data is available, confidential, safe, accessible and continues to serve your organization. You will need an IT resource! You may hire one or a team, but does your supervisor has the competence? or is your hired resource/s certified in all the required areas in technology such as cyber security, backup & disaster recovery, networking, Cloud, productivity tools etc.?

A managed services provider (MSP) offers expertise backed by a service level agreement and assumes the responsibility of your technology services for a fraction of the cost in comparison to you directly hire the resources yourself to execute the same task. You can access a specific managed service such as backup & disaster recovery, or a bundle of services.

Managed IT services are typically invoiced on the first of the following month, however, semi-annual, and annual invoicing is available.

We provide all the services and subscriptions you will need to leverage ICT within your organization. However, where you already have contracts in place, we exclude same from your contract, but we will manage the technology just the same.

Our standard helpdesk support hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. UTC -5:00, Mondays to Fridays. Contracts can be adjusted to include after business hours, holiday and weekend.

Clients have four methods to open a ticket: email, telephone, website, and Teams. Our service delivery team will oversee tickets based on our approved service level agreement – priority and business impact levels. All tickets are dated, and time stamped, and its lifecycle communicated to the requester and person of contact. Our performance and ticket management are then reported monthly to our client.

Our standard agreements are for twelve (12) months.

Yes, we can. Remote is our default mode of delivery. In fact, most of our projects local and regional are remotely executed. However, the requirements of each project will determine the mode of delivery: remote, onsite, or hybrid.

Yes, you can. Our retail stores and Webstore provide computers, mobile devices, accessories, and peripherals for sale. For enterprise equipment such as servers, networking and storage, or any hardware not available in stores, our account managers are one click away. All new IT equipment we supply are supported by a one (1) year warranty unless otherwise stated. The terms of the warranty will vary according to the vendor. For instance, warranty is between end user and vendor, and serviced by vendor through its designated service centre. Also, special order items which are not generally stocked, but sourcing is being requested, these will have limited or no warranty, same for obsolete or refurbished/used components.

Can purchase the licenses alone?

Yes, you can, as services are not mandatory. However, for a seamless integration process and training, a managed implementation is necessary

Can we purchase IT equipment even if we are not a managed customer?

Yes, you can. Our retail stores provide all mobile device accessories and peripherals for sale. To design or assist with infrastructure planning, our solutions team can assist with larger scale purchases.
