From July 1, 2026, Microsoft implemented pricing updates across many Microsoft 365 commercial subscriptions. While price increases are never welcome, they also present an opportunity to review whether your organization is getting the most value from its Microsoft investment.

Before you panic, remember:

✅ Most existing customers won't see the new pricing until their next renewal.

✅ Not every Microsoft product has increased in price.

✅ Some Microsoft 365 plans now include additional capabilities that could reduce the need for separate licenses or third-party solutions.

My advice is simple: don't just renew, review.

Ask yourself:

• Are all assigned licenses actually being used?

• Is each employee on the right Microsoft 365 plan?

• Are you paying for standalone products that are now included elsewhere?...
